Betty Isabelle Bone of Pasadena, formerly of Federalsburg passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at her daughter’s home in Pasadena. She was 88. She was born on May 25, 1924 in Baltimore the daughter of the late Paul Calvert Griffin and Isabelle Harriet Little Griffin. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Bone who passed away on November 15, 2004. She graduated from Glen Burnie High School class of 1941. Betty was a poultry grower for Allen Family Foods for over 25 years. She was a member of Bloomery United Methodist Church and the Federalsburg Senior Center. She enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts and going bowling at Seaford Bowling Center. She is survived by four daughters, Judy A. Naegele of Milton, DE, Paulette C. Longmire and Pamala S. Weitzel both of Pasadena, MD and Betty J. Rudloff of McHenry, MD, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Nancy J. Tolle. A funeral service will be held on Friday January 18, 2013 at 12 noon at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with Rev. Dan Walker officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Interment will follow at Bloomery Cemetery in Federalsburg.
