Elsie M. Hughes, of Hurlock, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Talbot Hospice. She was 86. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Interment will follow at James R. Brisco Memorial Park in Cambridge. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
