Matthew Tyler Lee Joines of Federalsburg passed away on Friday, Oct. 10, 2014 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. He was 29. He was born June 12, 1985 in Milford, DE, the son of Ernest Lee Joines and Marsha Lee Jewell Joines of Federalsburg. He attended Colonel Richardson High School where he participated in the Colonel Richardson Product of Pride Marching Band. He played the trumpet, guitar, bass guitar, drums and keyboard. He loved baseball and played from T Ball through Senior League. In addition to his parents Ernest and Marsha Joines, he is survived by a brother Andrew Lee Joines (Dana Haynes), a son Cody Blizzard, a daughter Alexis Joines and their mother Jennifer Blizzard, maternal grandmother Mabel Payne, paternal grandparents Elizabeth and Jack Nichols, aunts and uncles Dawn and Alton Adams, William and Diane Jewell, Tammy Payne, Karen Craft and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Lester Craft and his uncle Edward Jewell. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the Park Lane Church of God in Federalsburg with Bishop Ray Parsons officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends may call at the Framptom Funeral Home on Wed. from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Framptom Funeral Home, 216 N.
